Diseño y validación de modelos de negocio con enfoque lean startup

El presente libro es una propuesta de una ruta académica y aplicada para diseñar, probar y mejorar modelos de negocio en contextos de incertidumbre. Inicia con la discusión conceptual del modelo de negocio en Administración y la necesidad de delimitarlo como constructo para analizar creación, entrega y captura de valor. Incorpora el Business Model Canvas como lenguaje de representación para hacer visibles supuestos, relaciones y decisiones clave. El desarrollo central organiza el diseño como una arquitectura de hipótesis priorizadas por riesgo e impacto, y la validación como un proceso iterativo de experimentación: formulación falsable, MVP, pruebas controladas, métricas accionables, umbrales ex ante y reglas de decisión para iterar, perseverar o pivotar. Se enfatiza la trazabilidad entre hipótesis, evidencia y decisiones. Posteriormente integra métricas, finanzas y escalamiento, destacando unit economics, señales de product–market fit y gobernanza del crecimiento para evitar amplificar un modelo no validado. El cierre traduce la práctica Lean a estándares académico-científicos: rigor y validez, operacionalización y confiabilidad, triangulación y control de sesgos, protocolos replicables (bitácora, plan experimental, tablero y repositorio de evidencia), además de ética, casos didácticos y orientación de publicación, para producir conocimiento verificable y útil en docencia e investigación.
